RandomlyFit.com was created on the premise that exercise should be both challenging and changing.
We found it annoying that we knew today was "chest and back" day, or that tomorrow our workout was the Eliptical machine for 45 minutes. So we wondered...
What if you didn't know what your workout would be?

What if your workouts were, well... RANDOM?
To that end we developed a fitness site that does just that. It allows you to create workouts with exercises you choose or create, and add parameters to those exercises which are randomized at the push of a button.
Will it be a light day? A heavy day? A KILLER day?
These workouts can be:

You can even add an Interval with Active/Rest circuits, to ANY workout.
